At Dallas Commercial Consultants, our firm transacts millions of dollars in new commercial financing requests every month. With extensive experience in the commercial financing industry, our company has grown into a leading originator of debt by combining our expertise and knowledge in the underwriting, processing, and closing of commercial loans and commercial mortgages.

Paul G. May, Sr.
Managing Partner
Paul has more than 30 years of industry experience in the financial services sector. Over his career, Paul has held executive positions in the mortgage and commercial divisions of Wells Fargo, Comerica, & Waterfield Financial. Paul most recently comes to Dallas Commercial Consultants upon relocating to the DFW area from his native Detroit where he was Managing Partner for Dominion Financial Consultants. Paul has an extensive track record in the placement and management of commercial real estate loans in various markets across the country. Paul is versed at SBA 7A & 504 Loans, Commercial Construction Financing, Healthcare & Church Loans. He is an expert at understanding the unique cash flow challenges that the small business owner faces. Paul knows how to analyze and evaluate a borrower’s credit-worthiness by looking at the entire picture – not just what the paperwork says. Paul ensures that DCC has properly placed the appropriate loan solutions for all of our client’s needs. Paul also served his country honorably as a Helicopter Crew Chief for the United States Coast Guard and is a former Deputy for the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department.
